1. How do I schedule?
You can schedule through this website on any of the "BOOK NOW" links. You can also text 512-710-0025 and I will give you a list of the information needed to get you set up

2. Where do you park?
I park at your home/apartment. Please make sure there are LARGE parking spaces available with overhead space as the grooming van is very long and about 9 feet tall.

Street parking is preferred where allowed. If parking on a driveway please makes sure there are no low hanging branches that obstruct my ability to get to a parking spot.

3. Cancellation Policy
I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation 48 hours or more will automatically return your deposit. Less than 48 hours notice or no show will result in a loss of your deposit.

Please understand I am a very small business and late cancels are very hard to recover, which is why this policy is needed.

4. Deposit
A deposit and signed service agreement are required to schedule an appointment. The deposit is 50% of your grooming total. This amount is to cover the amount in the cancellation policy.

If you cancel ahead of 48 hours the amount will be returned to you. If for any reason, your appointment is cancelled by the groomer your deposit will be returned.

5. Fleas, Ticks, Parasites
It is the responsibility of the dog owner to make sure the animal is free of fleas, ticks, and parasites ahead of their appointment. If any parasites are found during the groom, the groom will be cancelled immediately and the dog will be returned to the owner. This will also result in a loss of deposit.
